“The ESiWACE3 week” media campaign

Coinciding with the presentation of ESiWACE3 at the ISC2 conference under the EuroHPC JU’s booth, a social media campaign will be conducted from 22 to 25 May. It is the so-called “The ESiWACE3 week”.

On the first day, a video will be published to present, briefly and concisely, the main objectives of the project as well as the tasks to be carried out. In addition, the update and renewal of all the information displayed on the ESiWACE website will also be announced to illustrate the project's new phase.

On the second day, a video summarising the project's Kick-Off Meeting held on 1 and 2 February 2023 at the Barcelona Supercomputing Center-Centro Nacional de Supercomputación (BSC), the institution leading this new phase of the Center of Excellence, will be published.

During the following three days, two videos will be published each day explaining the tasks to be performed within each project's work package by their leaders. On the third day, WPs 1 and 2 will be presented, dealing with supporting effective applications and developing tools for the community, respectively. On day 4, WP3 and WP4 will be delivered: WP3 will address the data processing and management challenge, while WP4 will focus on providing HPC services to enhance Weather and Climate applications. The fifth day will present the objectives and tasks of WP5 on training and capacity building, as well as the purposes of WP6 regarding community engagement, dissemination, and exploitation.

The videos will be posted on the project's YouTube and Vimeo channels, and the promotional campaign will be carried out through the project's Twitter and LinkedIn social networks.
